Twitter’s Vision For The Future

Photo: GETTY – Twitter’s co-founder, Evan Williams, talked exclusively to the Daily Telegraph about Twitter’s Vision For The Future, the future of online search and his plans for improving the micro-blogging platform.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Evan Williams doesn’t often give interviews. He usually leaves that to Biz Stone, his colleague and Twitter’s co-founder. Apparently, they found this out the hard way as they chased him down the stairs at the Web 2.0 conference in San Francisco earlier this week.
“Search is a huge thing for us. I think about it a lot. Not a huge number are using the Twitter search engine but it’s growing.”
“We are in the middle of a series of experiments to try and figure out how to enable people to discover what they need to know without asking. Our whole goal is about telling people what is happening in the world and doing it really well. We want to be able to find out what information you want before you do.”
